One of my daughters has disabilities that can make doctor and dentist visits especially challenging. Because of that, finding healthcare providers who are patient, understanding, and compassionate means the world to our family. With that said, our experience here was almost flawless. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated both of my girls with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. As a parent, those moments don’t go unnoticed. I’m sure any parent — especially one with a child who has special needs — can understand how much it means to be treated with empathy and respect. We left feeling heard, cared for, and truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. I’ve visited MyDental San Marcos twice, and both times, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The dental assistant, Kira, in particular, was very kind and attentive.

I’ve had an awesome experience so far with this office. The front office staff is friendly and make check-in and check-out very smooth. The dental hygienist Ali has been great! Super professional, thorough, and friendly. I haven’t had much experience with the dentist there, but so far the front office staff and the hygienist have made me feel comfortable and I would recommend for that reason.

I felt like my dentist really listened to my concerns and didn’t push me into doing anything I wasn’t ready to. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a new dental office.

As someone that analyzes businesses for a living, this place is doing all the right things and more. The technology is also incredible and they provide complimentary comfort items, which should be standard in every dental office. But the key here is the people. Every single person that works here knows about customer service AND is an expert in their field. On top of that, the cleaning was very thorough and deep, and my teeth have never felt cleaner without having to take pain medication. I never thought I would leave a dentist office feeling like I just got out of a luxury hotel (and I’ve been to dentists in the north Austin area that call themselves “luxurious”). They better watch out!

Dr. Cha and Ruby were amazing! My wife and 3 children came in for annual check-ups. After finding some areas that needed attention, the staff was able to squeeze us in for treatment the same day — very impressive! I’m very happy with their service.
