I’m glad I came over to MyDental at Georgetown! I have gone to multiple locations for MyDental, but I sought out my previous dentist, Dr. Patel, to start another round of Invisalign treatments and I’m glad I did so. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They managed to fit me in to do a complete exam, cleaning, and a filling even though I originally went just for a consultation. This helped me a lot to be able to begin my treatment faster. I would highly recommend! From Dr. Patel, to the hygienist, to the dental assistants and the front desk staff, everyone is great!

Great service, very supportive

Dr. Rosenquist III did a great job at cleaning and explaining what to do in the future. My dental assistant — whose name I unfortunately forgot (but she was blonde with a tattoo) — did an amazing job at helping me understand the process and was very friendly. Overall, I do recommend.

My first experience last Monday was awesome. Dr. Lee and the male assistant (sorry, I can’t remember your name) were working together like magic. They did my right side deep cleaning and filling at the same time and finished so quickly and smoothly — I was shocked when it was done. I walked out happy and was excited to come back soon to get the other half done. Today I came back for the left side deep cleaning and filling. The experience was okay. Dr. Lee is as professional as usual, but I have to be honest and complain a bit about my assistant today — she kept shooting water out of my mouth at least 3 times and my neck was wet the entire time. Because they were a bit busy and in something of a rush, they didn’t suction all the water out of my mouth, so by the end of the filling I had to stand up and spit everything into the sink. Also, when I was paying, the billing staff tried to charge me an extra $60. I showed her my treatment plan estimate from last time and she said she had forgotten to apply my insurance — she corrected the amount. I think I will still come back to get my tooth extraction done here. I just wish I could choose my assistant next time.
