My experience was great and the hygienist did an amazing job and the staff is very friendly .

Dr. Chen and Burgundy made a great team for my appointment! They did a full eval and a crown all in one visit, and saved what could have been a lost tooth!! I don’t know her name (shame on me!) but the woman behind the desk in the lobby is always so helpful and kind. Can’t ask for anything more!!

I was scared for many years to have my dental procedure taken care of. Dr. Chen and his entire staff could not have been more accommodating, skillful, and competent. I could not recommend them higher. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them in every category. The staff — Burgundy, Lola, Maria, and all the rest — were superb, and I at all times felt my needs and comfort were never ignored or minimized. Could not be more blown away!

The dentist at My Dental have been great in providing outstanding care. The front desk staff, particularly Zira have helped locate additional resources and referrals when needed. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at MyDental at Anderson Mill. Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the pros and cons of each treatment option. I really appreciated that he involved me in the decision-making process rather than rushing me. I was initially hesitant about having my loose tooth extracted, but after he explained how leaving it could negatively impact the health of my other teeth, the decision became much easier. His thorough and patient approach made me feel confident in my choice.

Today was my new patient visit and I am very happy with the awesome staff and Dr. Chen. The best cleaning I have had in many years! The hygienist is AMAZING!! I am so happy we are no longer new patients at your office.

They always take great care of me here and are always thorough with the work being done. That speaks volumes when you’ve experienced someone who rushed to get you out of their chair in the previous years. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Chen and the entire staff have been thorough, kind, and non-judgmental. My last dentist treated me like I was 5 years old and always found hundreds of dollars of treatments I “needed” beyond what insurance covered, every time I went.
